YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Planning and implementing client projects in the field of software solutions
- Managing stakeholder communications
- Organize and lead project status and working meetings
- Define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value
- Correct deviations from plans by preparing and issueing change requests
- Budget responsibility
- Prepare and distribute progress reports
- Manage risks and issues
- Creating project pre-calculations
- Perform delivery planning for assigned projects
RELEVANT SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- You have BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, business administration or relevant field
- You have working in projects experience, coordination experience or organisation experience
- You have strong problem-solving skills
- You have work delivery management skills, ability to prioritize and respond to quickly changing requirements
- You are result-oriented team leader with good communication skills throughout all levels and culturally sensitive.
- Preferred experience in working with PMO tools like ‘onepoint projects’, JIRA
- Willingness to travel in order to meet customers and partners and to participate in business events
- Business and technical awareness
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken. German language would be a plus
