Sales Executive (DACH region)

As an enthusiastic and motivated member of our sales team, you are ultimately responsible for developing and engaging successful sales and contact strategies that build long term, sustainable and profitable relationships. You are responsible for maintaining and increasing customer satisfaction and to ensure that the individual needs of the customer are met. Apply your well versed sales methodology to achieve the b-next vision of becoming Compliance Solution provider of choice within your existing and new opportunities through increased sales encompassing the full breadth of b-next services.

  • You are responsible for achieving sales targets and objectives
  • Engage with the customer at Senior level in order to understand Key Business Drivers and Objectives
  • Identify the customer’s requirements, create, present and deliver a strategic account and relationship plan with b-next
  • Present and align the b-next vision to be the Compliance Solution provider of choice, and articulate our portfolio of products and services.
  • Confidently negotiate and close new business opportunities
  • You are responsible for the accurate and timely completion of all customer information on the CRM system including key contacts, minutes of meetings, customer activity and opportunities
  • You will report directly to senior management

Do you bring these skills and talent?

  • University degree in economics, business administration or related field
  • Demonstrably successful account management and hunting track record.
  • Existing proven Sales Skills and experience of high level relationship management
  • Proven experience of meeting sales targets
  • Excellent negotiator
  • Commercial acumen
  • High level of market knowledge and contacts within the banking and energy sectors would be of real benefit
