YOUR MISSION:
- Participate as technical consultant in global implementation projects
- Perform tasks on-site at customers world-wide
- Conduct training sessions on product installations and application management
- Perform assessments of problematic situations at customer systems, propose and provide solutions
- Work proactively with customers, technical partners, vendors and internal stakeholders to eclit and document technical infrastructures and requirements
- Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support to customers during projects
- Stay up-to-date with IT trends, news and upcoming changes
RELEVANT SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor degree preferably in computer science or (software) engineering
- Interpersonal skills & Analytical skills
- Organizational skills and flexibility
- Technical knowledge of and (installation) experience with (the infrastructure required to support) b-next’s solution, including but not limited to Windows Server, Linux, Oracle, Java, JBOSS, LDAP / Active Directory
- Hands on shell scripting experience is a must
- Adept learning skills; Cooperation and willingness
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with business users as well as technical teams
- Ability to multi-task and work concurrently on multiple projects
- Strong quality mind-set
- Strong verbal and written English skills. German will be appreciated
- Tools: Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office
